On the last two weeks it was an exciting and unforgettable experience for me because there were many activities held in our school.
During these day we have no formal classes because most of our classmates attended a seminar regarding the programs of the Philippine National Red Cross also on our subject T.L.E we have no classes for the first week because our teacher, Mrs Vera Cruz was not around because her niece died. During the Food Festival, it was an enjoyable experience for me because we sell nutritious foods for the participation for the said festival and it was participated by students of Ilocos Sur National High School in all year levels. After the festival, we didn't only gained money but also we gained happy and unforgettable experience on that activity even though we experience such problems and hardships during that festival.I will consider this as a happy and unforgettable experience in my life. And all of this was my happy moments during the past two weeks.

My First Blog
1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that i have learned?
--Starting from the opening of the class this year, sy 2007-2008 i have learned many things in internet ' for it is our topic. i have learned the history of internet. the internet history first starts because of the ar between USSR and US-ARPA which later creates artificial earth satelite called sputnik. then, this satellite was use by four universities in America using the computer. Then, it goes international and comercially availablesothe connection of USSR and US were disconnected for the sake of their military secrecy. Then Mark Andreesen creates the Web and in 1982 the term "INTERNET" WAS born.I've also learned about internet services and tools, the major components of internet which is the web server and browserand how do they work together. there are also different data types like text files, graphic files and multimedia. Protocols are set of rules, based on my undersanding. I have also learned about Search Engines and how to use them on searching something on the internet.
2. What are the problems/challenges that i have encoutered?
--As an individual, i was not able to to avoid challenges and problems that comes as i am studying. Since this is my first time to talk on internet. Not just like some of my classmates that has wide knowledge on internet, i know that i am just a beginner that will overcome many challenges like sometimes that i didn't able to understand our topic because of unfamiliar terms. I have also some problems regarding on our activity "mining the internet" because it is hard to look for the source/copryright/author/date published/sponsor of such article.
3. How did i adresses these challenges?
--I have overcome my problems with the help of my classmates and my teacher who is always ready to help to any problems on a students like me. Because of my perseverance and hardworkingness i have overcome these problems.
4. Moving on ..............
--Moving on i will be a good example to my brothers and sister to have a perseverance to their studies. Beacause of the knowledge that i have and i will gain i will use this to teach other people who ask for my help.
